The Practice is a member of i3 Ladywood Primary Care Network (PCN), which covers a population of around 73,000 patients and 9 GP Practices.
Being part of the PCN means that the following services are provided, outside of our normal hours.
- Monday to Friday – 6.30pm to 8.00pm – One of the PCN’s Hubs operates from Newtown Medical Centre for the benefit of all patients in the PCN.
- Saturdays – 9.00am – 5.00pm – An Extended Access Service is provided from the Church Road Surgery, 28 Church Road, Aston, Birmingham B6 5UP. On these days telephone calls will be directed to Church Road Surgery between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm.
When the Practice and the Enhanced Access Service is closed, all calls to the Practice are diverted to Badger, who are our ‘out of hours’ service provider.
